I really do have a lot of good excuses for not having posted anything new in the last three months. First off we moved. When we first arrived in San Salvador I was 32 weeks prego with the twins so we opted to rent a furnished house because we didn't have any furniture and I wasn't in any condition to walk around, find stores, compare prices, etc., and therefore buy furniture in a new country. It ended up being a good decision because the babies came 2 weeks later.
Well, after two years we decided we were ready to furnish our own place. We were going to buy a house, but in the end we decided just to rent unfurnished because we are getting a really good deal on the rent. So the last three months I have been overseeing the complete furnishing of our new house down to the dishes. I figured it would be a lot easier to do before the baby was born. Its been hard enough with two two-year-olds. I can't imagine doing this with a new born in tow. So this, ladies and gentleman, is excuse number 1.
The second excuse is exaustion. There are generally two periods of time thoughout the day that I have free time. The first is when Emilia and Enzo go down for a nap. The second is when they go to sleep for the night. Everyday they go down for a nap I have been leaving to run errands: either looking for stuff for the house or grocery shopping and stuff like that. And I've felt so tired lately that I usually just fall asleep for the night when Emilia and Lorenzo do.
We are still getting settled, but I made it a priority to post at least something. So the pictures that follow are a smattering of various activities over the past three mounths. And I haven't even been that good about taking pictures but there are a few good ones here.
P.S. The baby is coming in six weeks and we still have no name.
